Eat High Protein Low Fat Foods

  • 1 Can Tuna in water
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 Cup Buckwheat Pancake mix
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder(or other spice)
Form into 2 patties and Fry or Grill
Serve on a Nutritious Whole Wheat Bun
